Service was great. We enjoyed the steak sandwich - swapped out the menus sauce for horseradish. Loved the coconut shrimp. Burger and fries, wings and bread pudding. Good bar food. Large portions and good prices. Personally the atmosphere was it’s draw back. Felt more like a casino than a restaurant and it was so dark I had to use my phone to read the menu. Parking was easy.

Overall, I was a bit underwhelmed, but our waitress was in training, so maybe a one off? The food was good, not a lot of healthy options, but then again, it’s a bar. The atmosphere is “ok.” nothing to fancy or special. Plenty of seating options for a different size groups. I understand they’re open 24 hours, so that’s a plus. Fish and chips were pretty good. My wife had some other taquitos and a salad, she said they were very good. The French dip looked excellent. It looks like they have a happy hour until about 6 PM, we missed it, so I can’t speak to the value there. Plenty of parking, good location, easy access.

Top notch experience on a Saturday afternoon for a party of eight. The food and presentation was excellent. The server was friendly and attentive. The room layout was thoughtful, three different types of seating. Overall a 5 star experience.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Parlor – Reno’s Hidden Burger Gem Tucked away on South Virginia Street, The Parlor isn’t just another burger joint — it’s a full-on flavor destination that blends barroom charm, elevated pub fare, and Reno-style hospitality into one unforgettable experience. #RenoEats #HiddenGem #FoodNetworkFind 🍔 The Food Jess went classic with the Vintage Cheeseburger, stacked with a golden onion ring and crisp, salty bacon that played perfectly against the juicy, thick-cut patty. The salt from the bacon tied everything together, balancing the sweetness of the bun and the char from the grill. Her side of curly potato wedges was the perfect crispy complement. #BurgerPerfection #VintageCheeseburger #CurlyFriesDoneRight I dove into The Parlor Burger, and it was a showstopper — a juicy, medium-cooked patty topped with tender pulled brisket, spicy-tangy BBQ sauce, and melted Pepper Jack cheese. Every bite was a flavor bomb: smoky, peppery, and perfectly balanced with crisp lettuce, tomato, and onion. The brisket added real depth — like a smokehouse meets steakhouse moment right there on the plate. #TheParlorBurger #BBQMagic #BrisketDreams 🍺 The Drinks We paired our meals with a White Rascal beer and a Mango Pineapple cider — both crisp, clean, and complementary to the rich burgers. The Parlor crew surprised us with a beer flight, showcasing their craft selection and confidence behind the bar. #BeerFlight #CraftCiderLove #PerfectPairing 👩🍳 The Service Our waitress Roni was the definition of world-class service. Even with a packed Friday night crowd, she never missed a beat — professional, upbeat, and genuinely kind. She checked in just enough to make sure everything was perfect, always with a smile that matched the energy of the place. #TopService #SoroniRocks #HospitalityGoals 🏁 The Verdict From the creative burger builds to the top-tier service, The Parlor delivers that rare mix of comfort and craft. Whether you’re here for dinner, drinks, or to explore their rotating beer list, this spot proves Reno’s food scene has serious flavor cred. Five shining stars — a must-try stop for any burger lover passing through The Biggest Little City. #RenoEats #BurgerHeaven #FlavorTownReno #FiveStarExperience #TheParlorReno #BurgersAndBeers #FoodieAdventure

No smoking, finally. I cannot tolerate smoking when I want to eat. I might as well eat cigarettes at the stupid restaurants bars that allow smoking. Also hard to enjoy my alcohol next to a chimney. This place has 3 happy hour schedules every day a week and appears open 24/7, still serving food! Also has an excellent industrial interior with a wine bottle chandelier.
