I had a wonderful experience at The Grill! I really enjoyed chatting with Amanda, the fun-loving and adorable bartender—she’s incredibly knowledgeable about wines and knows exactly what to pair them with. We stopped in for lunch and are so impressed that we'll definitely be returning for dinner. Highly recommend! 🍷✨

The server was nice but her courtesy went down hill after sending our food back. The ambiance at the grill is ok. The tables are too close together and it was too dark to easily read the menu. I ordered the lamb shank. The shank came cold in the middle. My family ordered a new york steak and the salmon. The server came by soon after. My wife told her the salmon was meh. I told her the shank was cold in the middle. The server took my plate back to the kitchen. Ten minutes later the server brought back the SAME lamb shank I sent back for being cold. Saying the kitchen fixed it up. I was stunned. I have only rarely sent food back to the kitchen and never had the same food come back simply reheated. After bringing the shank back the server returned once to our table asked about dessert. We declined. She did not come back to the table. No management came to the table to make it right. The bus person brought the bill, collected payment and brought the receipt. Even a chain restaurant sends a manager by if food is returned. Ultimately I did not leave a tip. I am a firm believer that a restaurant operation is a team effort and in this case the entire team failed. I don't recommend The Grill at Quail Corners

Worst Valentines Dinner ever! The worst part was our server who was haughty and non-caring (that's my nice way of saying what I can't actually say because language) and SLOW. She clearly just didn't care about her level of service, nor did she care when I mentioned being unhappy with my meal. Because my food wasn't even close to good. The fish was overcooked AND not what was described on the menu - look up the definition of "encrusted". I didn't get that. My husband liked his food, but the bad service overpowered the food situation. And lastly, my definition of a romantic dinner is not to be packed into a dining area like a bunch of sardines. Definitely will NOT be returning to this restaurant and I will not ever recommend it to anyone else.

We had a 7pm reservation for six (three couples) to celebrate a friend’s birthday. We were seated promptly, and while the restaurant was quite busy, we understood there might be a short delay for drinks. Our waitress brought half of them first, with the remaining drinks arriving about 5–8 minutes later. As the evening went on and the restaurant began to clear out, our waitress seemed to disappear—possibly on break—leaving us waiting about 15 minutes before we asked another server for bread. That server was very helpful and also let our waitress know we wanted to order appetizers. Our waitress returned shortly after to take the order, and about ten minutes later came back for our entrées. Once the food arrived, everything was excellent—each dish was delicious and well-prepared. We declined dessert, but given that it was a birthday celebration, it would have been a nice touch if the waitress had brought something small to acknowledge the occasion. Overall, the food was outstanding, but the service felt a bit inconsistent. With a little more attentiveness, it could have been a perfect evening.

Atmosphere and service are great, but food is not what I was expecting from a place called “The Grill”. I got the New York steak with shrimps, and it was well plated but taste was not exceptional, a little bit bland. In addition, I ordered my New York in a medium cooked grade, and it was undercooked, it looked like medium-rare cooked.
