  Good energy in this place. I’d go back just for Kayla. She was super personable and fast at making my drinks. Great spot to chat with people and make new friends. Don’t even live in town anymore but will for sure be coming back when I’m around. Thank you!

  I’m a little biased toward The Emerson because their drinks are phenomenal! One of their OG cocktails, the “Hi Bestie,” is my forever favorite. But somehow, I’d never tried their food until now. We finally stopped in for their Tuesday Grilled Cheese Night and it absolutely delivered. I ordered the Banh Mi grilled cheese, and it was bold, flavorful, and had a kick of heat that admittedly was a little much for me (though I’m more sensitive to spicy). The slaw and tri tip played so well with the melty cheese — a total flavor bomb. We also shared the Genoa, and it was next-level good. The salty, rich salami paired with the fig jam and gooey cheese with the crisp, buttery sourdough… perfection. The atmosphere is eclectic and welcoming, with vibrant murals you’ll want to snap photos of. There’s a great mix of seating — from cozy couches to big tables — so whether you’re out with friends or having a casual date night, you’ll find your spot. Even with it being busy the service is always amazing and we got our drinks and food quick! Already planning our return for more grilled cheese and definitely saving room for dessert next time!

  This place is a gem. I didn't rate the food because I have not had it yet (kitchen open Wed - Sun I believe) but I'd wager it's excellent and bespoke. Great vibe, music, service, and seating. I've been here twice on a Monday because they're open and there's seating. I came on my birthday and Jake the bartender poured me a shot. And was ok that we brought cake. Plenty of space, comfy couches, good for date night, a business meeting, or come through solo. Drinks are excellent. Full bar plus good beer. Specialty cocktails you can only get here. A+
